Kaplan Holdings is an EU holding group operating from kaplanholdings.eu. We hold residential property on behalf of co-owners — investors and residents — across three jurisdictions. We are not a fund, not a bank, and not a brokerage.

Structure
The parent entity is incorporated in the European Union. Each property is held in a single-purpose subsidiary in its local jurisdiction (RSA, CH, LT) and the co-ownership relationship is recorded in the local land register where the law permits, or via a regulated nominee structure where it does not.
Transparency
Kaplan Holdings operates transparently and in compliance with applicable law in each jurisdiction. Co-ownership agreements, valuations and reporting are documented and made available to the relevant parties. Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and equivalent local regulations.
